Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake:
Blend 1 banana, 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1 cup of almond milk.

Vanilla Berry Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of mixed berries, 1 banana, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Strawberry Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 banana, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Coffee Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of brewed coffee, 1 banana, and 1 cup.
Chocolate Banana Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
Green Protein Shake:

Vanilla Almond Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 banana, and 1 tablespoon of almond butter.
Peach Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 peaches, 1 banana, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Chocolate Coconut Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 banana, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.
Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice, 1 banana, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Banana Oatmeal Protein Shake:
Blend 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 banana, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey.

Green Smoothie:
Blend 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach, 1 cup of kale, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1 table- spoon of honey.
Acai Smoothie:
Blend 1 acai packet, 1 banana, 1 cup of berries, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Chocolate Smoothie:
Blend 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 table- spoon of cocoa powder, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Peach Smoothie:
Blend 2 peaches, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of orange juice.
Raspberry Smoothie:
Blend 1 cup of raspberries, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, and 1 cup of almond milk.
Classic Iced Coffee:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Pour over ice and add milk and sugar to taste.
Mocha Iced Coffee:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of chocolate syrup, 1/2 cup of milk, and sugar to taste. Pour over ice and top with whipped cream.
Vanilla Iced Coffee:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of vanilla syrup, 1/2 cup of milk, and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.

Blend 1 banana, 1/2 cup of oats, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
Avacado Smoothie:
Blend 1 avocado, 1 banana, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 cup of almond milk, and 1 table- spoon of honey.
Yogurt Smoothie:
Blend 1 cup of yogurt, 1 banana, 1 cup of berries, and 1 tablespoon of honey
Caramel Iced Coffee:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of caramel syrup, 1/2 cup of milk, and sugar to taste. Pour over ice and top with whipped cream.
Iced Latte:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Pour 1/2 cup of milk over ice and add 1/2 cup of the cooled coffee. Top with foam and drizzle with caramel syrup.
Iced Cappuccino:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Pour 1/2 cup of milk over ice and add 1/2 cup of the cooled coffee. Top with foam and dust with cocoa powder
Iced Americano:
Brew 1 cup of coffee and let it cool. Pour 1 cup of water over ice and add 1/2 cup of the cooled coffee.
Iced Matcha Latte:
Mix 1/2 cup of cold milk, 1/2 cup of water, Itablespoon of matcha powder, and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.
Iced Chai Latte:
Brew 1 cup of chai tea and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of cold milk and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.
Iced Green Tea Latte:
Brew 1 cup of green tea and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of cold milk and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.
Iced Black Tea Latte:
Brew 1 cup of black tea and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of cold milk and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.
Iced Dirty Latte:
Brew 1 cup of chai tea and let it cool. Mix with 1/2 cup of cold coffee and sugar to taste. Pour over ice.
Thousand Island Dressing:
Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of sweet pickle relish, 1 tablespoon of minced onion, salt, and pepper.
Honey Mustard Dressing:
Whisk together 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup of extra-vir- gin olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Lemon Vinaigrette:
Whisk together 1/4 cup of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1/2 cup of extra-virgin olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
Caesar Dressing:
Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Ranch Dressing:
Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of butter- milk, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 table- spoon of minced fresh parsley, 1 table- spoon of minced fresh dill, 1 tablespoon of minced fresh chives, salt, and pepper.
Classic Balsamic Vinaigrette:
Whisk together 1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar, 2/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Blue Cheese Dressing:
Whisk together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 1/4 cup of crum- bled blue cheese, 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Honey Mustard Dressing:
Blend together 1 ripe avocado, 1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 2 tablespoons of water, I minced garlic clove, salt, and pepper.

Sesame Ginger Dressing:
Whisk together 1/4 cup of rice vinegar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of toasted sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of grated ginger, I minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of honey, salt, and pepper.
Spicy Peanut Dressing:
Whisk together 1/4 cup of creamy peanut butter, 2 ts of rice vinegar, 2 ts of soy sauce, 1 ts of grated ginger, 1 ts of honey, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 ts of sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper
Classic Vanilla Milkshake:
Blend 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
Chocolate Milkshake:
Blend 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder.

Dough Milkshake: Blend 2 scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 2 crushed chocolate chip cookies.
Caramel Milkshake:
Blend 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of cara- mel sauce.
Rocky Road Milkshake:
Blend 2 scoops of rocky road ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 2 crushed chocolate wafers.
Butter Pecan Milkshake:
Blend 2 scoops of butter pecan ice cream, 1 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
Margarita:
Blend together 2 oz tequila, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz lime juice, and 1 oz simple syrup with a cup of ice until smooth.
Daiquiri:
Blend together 2 oz light rum, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 1 oz simple syrup with a cup of ice until smooth.
Pina Colada:
Blend together 2 oz rum, 1 cup of pineap- ple juice, 1/2 cup of coconut cream, and a cup of ice until smooth.
Mai Tai:
Blend together 2 oz dark rum, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz almond syrup, 1 oz lime juice, and 1 oz orange juice with a cup of ice until smooth.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri:
Blend together 2 oz light rum, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 oz fresh lime juice, and 1 oz simple syrup with a cup of ice until smooth.
Frozen Peach Bellini:
Blend together 2 oz prosecco, 1 cup of sliced peaches, and 1 oz peach nectar with a cup of ice until smooth.
Frozen Sangria:
Blend together 2 oz red wine, 1 oz brandy, 1 oz triple sec, 1 oz orange juice, 1 oz fresh lemon juice, and 1 oz simple syrup with a cup of ice until smooth.

Frozen Miami Vice:
Blend together 1 oz of each of a frozen daiquiri and a frozen pina colada until smooth.

Frozen Mudslide:
Blend together 2 oz vodka, 2 oz Kahlua, 2 oz Irish cream, 1 oz heavy cream, and a cup of ice until smooth.

Long Island Ice Tea:
Blend together 1 oz vodka, 1 oz gin, 1 oz rum, 1 oz tequila, 1 oz triple sec, 2 oz fresh lemon juice, and 2 oz simple syrup with a cup of ice until smooth.
Blue Hawaiian:
Blend together 2 oz light rum, 1 oz blue curaƧao, 1 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz coco- nut cream, and 1 oz fresh lemon juice with a cup of ice until smooth.
Frozen Irish Coffee:
Blend together 2 oz Irish whiskey, 1 oz fresh brewed coffee, 1 oz heavy cream, 1 oz simple syrup, and a cup of ice until smooth
Classic Ranch Dip:
Mix 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of may- onnaise, 1 packet of ranch seasoning, and 1/4 cup of buttermilk.
Spicy Avocado Dip:
Mash 2 ripe avocados, 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and minced), 2 tablespoons of lime juice, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Roasted Red Pepper Dip:
Blend 1 cup of roasted red peppers (drained and chopped), 1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Classic Guacamole:
Mash 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 diced onion, 1 diced tomato, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 minced jalapeno pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Creamy Avocado Dip:
Blend 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 clove of garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
Avocado Yogurt Dip:
Mix 1 ripe avocado (mashed), 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt
